At Koyn, I offer different levels of accountancy and financial support depending on what you need from your numbers.
Maybe you want the financial side of your business taken care of properly, with a clear picture of where you stand. Maybe you want to understand your numbers throughout the year and have someone to talk through the bigger financial decisions with. Or maybe you’re growing and want regular financial planning, forecasting and support to help you decide where the business goes next.
That’s why there are three levels of ongoing support.

I call this the Foundation Plan because I believe these are the financial foundations every business should have if it wants to understand its numbers and build towards sustainable profit.
Yes, your accounts and tax need to be taken care of. But you also need accurate, up-to-date numbers and a clear picture of where your business stands financially.

The Performance Plan
Go beyond the year-end accounts.
From £350 per month
Performance is for fitness business owners who don’t just want to know their accounts and tax are taken care of. They want to understand how the business is performing throughout the year.
That might mean looking at profitability, costs, pricing, what you can afford to pay yourself or a financial decision you’re considering. You’ll also get tax planning support, so we can look ahead rather than simply calculating your tax after the event.
EVERYTHING IN FOUNDATION, PLUS:
- Quarterly management accounts
- Quarterly strategy review meetings
- Tax planning support
The Performance+ Plan
Financial support built around your business.
From £600 per month
Performance+ is for established fitness businesses that need more regular financial support and planning. At this level, I don’t believe in a completely one-size-fits-all package.
We’ll look at your business, what you’re trying to achieve and where you need the most support, then build the service around that.

You want much more hands-on financial support that can be built around your business.
You want regular financial planning, monthly reporting and support with areas such as cash flow, forecasting, budgeting and the bigger decisions you’re making as the business grows.
